If you haven't received your booking confirmation, or other email from QED, the first thing to check is that it has not been accidentally classified as spam by an oversensitive filter. If you still cannot find the email you were expecting, please contact us.
Drop an email to dinner@qedcon.org with your name and booking reference and we'll arrange an upgrade. Upgrades cost £49.
Great! All you need to do is turn up on the day with your name and booking reference. We'll exchange these for your event pass and registration pack.
Tickets for QED are electronic only. Just turn up on the day with your name and booking reference and we'll do the rest.
Officially, no. But if you want to go black tie, you'll get no objection from us.
Student tickets are available for full time students with any recognised student ID. If you book a student ticket for QED, you must bring a vaild student ID card with you to the event (e.g. Uni Card, NUS Card).
If you are unable to produce valid student ID, you will be required to pay the £21 difference, plus a £4 administration charge (total £25) before we can admit you to the event.
We've worked hard to keep costs down and keep the ticket price as low as possible for QED. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to offer concessions beyond our existing student offer.
The Piccadilly Hotel is fully wheelchair accessible. There will also be a reserved area at the front of the event for disabled attendees.
You make take photographs at the event, but video and/or audio recordings must be for personal use only. No commercial video or audio recording is permitted.
Free Wi-Fi will be available in all event areas, including the bar, for attendees who want to blog or tweet.
